What is planned

Diaspora Affairs Ghana (DAGH), the organiser, says the Ghana Diaspora Dialogue 2026 will run online on Saturday, 14 November 2026, from 8:00 to 9:30pm GMT, under the theme "Securing Your Future in Ghana".

According to the organiser, the event focuses on investment in three areas - real estate, stocks and bonds, and business - with sessions on how to check ownership, why you should never rely on word of mouth alone, what questions to ask before you pay, a beginner-friendly look at how Ghana's stock and bond markets work, why you should only deal with licensed and properly regulated firms, and registering a business properly and choosing trustworthy partners.

The organiser says attendance is free, seats are reserved on its website, and the joining link is sent by email after registration - Event details from the organiser.

Who the organiser says it is for

DAGH says the event is aimed at Ghanaians abroad who want to invest back home but do not know where to start; diasporans who already own land or a project and want to protect it; people planning to return and build something lasting; and family members in Ghana who manage investments for relatives abroad.

Why it is on our radar

The organiser says that every year diasporans lose money to land disputes, fake sellers and bad advice - and says it has built the event around verification questions: who owns it, what to check, what to ask.

Our note: this is the organiser’s own announcement. No speaker list or partner institutions are named in the announcement we reviewed, and we have not independently verified the event. We are sharing it as a calendar item, not a review or endorsement.
